Hannah Quinlivan is a Taiwanese actress and model, and the wife of singer and actor Jay Chou. She was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Australia, and has appeared in several films and TV shows, including Skyscraper and Nezha.
- How it began. Chou has not talked about how he met Quinlivan, but his good friend, choreographer Ice Cream, took credit for introducing them to each other.
- Budding romance. By January 2011, when Quinlivan was 17, she was friendly enough with Chou to slip into his party for director Michel Gondry at rapper Jeff Huang's nightclub Primo, NetEase said.
- She stole his mum's heart. Chou joked in a recent interview that his mum now cares more for Quinlivan than she cares for him. "She already sees her as her daughter-in-law," the pop star said.
- They never argue. In interviews before the wedding, Chou said he could not remember any major arguments with his bride. Although he is 14 years older than Quinlivan, "my mental age is about the same as hers and we just get along like children", he said.
