Jul 31, 2012 · Mr Seah Kian Peng, who heads the GPC for Community Development, Youth and Sports, welcomes the move to have two new ministries take over MCYS's responsibilities. He says it will allow more focus and resources on various issues, and may lead to another GPC for culture and community.
