Mar 28, 2024 · I used Smart Switch PC to back up everything from my s22U to my PC & later restore the backup to my s24U. In my case, I had to make sure the Secure Folder was unlocked at the time of the backup & except a prompt on my s22U to allow the Secure Folder to be backed up.

Jan 24, 2015 · I have just upgraded from an iPhone to an s5. I have the smart switch app and on pC and I am trying to get my iTunes moved over. I start the pc program and I get issues straight away. Although the s5 is on map mode it comes up with this: 'The currently selected connection mode is not supported by Samsung smart switch.

Mar 5, 2018 · Finally moved form my iPhone 6s to a Note 8 today and used Smart Switch to copy over all of my photos and videos. The photos worked fine, however the dates on all of the videos got reset to today's date and so all appear at the top of my gallery. Not only that, but any videos in any albums did not stay in those albums.
