We suggest between 1½ and 2 hours. The Castle is at the top of a steep hill, and the visitor route covers long distances. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes. St George’s Chapel closes at 16:00, although visitors are welcome to attend evensong at 17:15.

Apr 12, 2024 · # Train from London to Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle hours. From March to October, Windsor Castle opens at 10 am and closes at 5.15 pm; from November to February, the attraction opens at 10 am and closes at 4.15 pm. The last entry is always one hour and 15 minutes before closure.
