Kim Yeong-cheol (born February 25, 1953) is a South Korean actor. One of his earliest appearances was in White Smile (1981). Other notable roles include playing Gung Ye in Emperor Wang Gun (2000–2002), a gangster boss in A Bittersweet Life (2005), and a NSS deputy director in IRIS (2009).
Kim Yeon-koung (Korean: 김연경; Hanja: 金軟景; RR: Kim Yeon-gyeong, Korean pronunciation: [kim.jʌngjʌŋ]; born 26 February 1988) is a South Korean professional volleyball player and a former member of the FIVB Athletes' Commission. She is an outside hitter and the former captain of the South Korean National Team.

2018–present: Rise in popularity and leading role
On June 12, 2018, it was announced that Kim would be part of the main cast for the MBC television series Extraordinary You. The show started airing on October. The drama gained worldwide recognition and Kim was praised for his acting. On October 2, Kim appeared on MBC's "Idol Radio" together with other cast members Kim Hye-yoon, Rowoon, and Lee Na-eun.
