Waregem (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈʋaːrəɣɛm] ⓘ; West Flemish: Woaregem), sometimes known as Waereghem, is a municipality and city located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality lies in the valley of the river Leie, between Kortrijk and Ghent.
