The Berliner Philharmonie is a concert hall and home to the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra in Berlin, Germany. It was designed by Hans Scharoun and opened in 1963, and has a distinctive asymmetrical and tentlike shape with a vineyard-style seating arrangement.
