Jan 23, 2022 · I contacted Epic Games support and after we tried all the usual fixes, they advised to contact Xbox. After this, I made a seperate Epic Games account and tried to link my Xbox to the new account but this also failed. Oddly enough, when I try to link my Twitch and Reddit Account to my Xbox, they tell me to login, but both in the end fail.
Jul 3, 2024 · when you play an epic game on xbox it creates a placeholder account on epics servers, when you go to epic you need to log in with xbox account it will then ask you to create the proper epic account at that point. if you already have an epic account it won't link and you will need to ask epic support for assistance on this.
