Aug 10, 2021 · The Mrs has a 2016 A180d with the renault 1.5. Had a call in the morning to the tune of “there is a light on my dashboard” followed by me checking it out. Her usual mechanic came out in the evening and scanned it, revealing the P038096 code. Now, from what I read it appears to be the module, unless I am completely wrong.

Mar 25, 2023 · With Mercedes updating the software I'm left with the engine light permanently on. As I'm not going to spend 1000's on a new filter my only option will be to have it remapped again to knock the light off so I can pass the NCT (MOT) test. On a brighter note the main dealer did not charge me for the software updates!!!

Jan 18, 2010 · While both are 3.0v Lithium cells, the 2032 has a slightly larger capacity. Physically, the 2025 is 2.5mm and unsurprisingly the 2032 is 3.2mm thick. Mercedes did have a general communication issue in the UK a month or so back but that seems to have been sorted. You will have the latest all singing, all dancing MBUX system so perhaps there is a fault on the car or a general problem at Mercedes end.
