Patrick Tay Teck Guan BBM (Chinese: 郑德源; pinyin: Zhèng Déyuán; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tēⁿ Tek-goân; born 1 December 1971) [1] is a Singaporean politician and lawyer.
Patrick is a lawyer by training. After starting his career in the Singapore Police Force, he has been working in the trade union movement since 2002. He is currently Assistant Secretary-General in the NTUC, leading efforts to help all Singaporean workers.
