Qidu District or Cidu District[ 2] ( Chinese: 七堵 區; Hanyu Pinyin: Qīdǔ Qū; Tongyong Pinyin: Cidǔ Cyu; Wade–Giles: Ch'i1-tu3 Chü1; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Chhit-tó͘-khu) is a district of the city of Keelung, Taiwan. [ 3] It borders New Taipei to the west.
