Aug 23, 2020 · Step Brothers (2008): Dale’s drum set used in earlier scenes (in the house) was the same exact drum set used at the ending performance scene and it shouldn’t have been. He was a part of the catering crew and not involved with the Billy Joel cover band at the Catalina Wine Mixer.
Sep 9, 2019 · I love Step Brothers, but I think Freddy Got Fingered (2001) is even funnier. The thing about it is that it's absurdist comedy in which much of the humor is conceptual, so if one isn't on the film's level many of the jokes can come off as obnoxious and irritating (Tom Green's drawings and animations, the "backwards man" routine, the phone call in the restaurant).
Jun 7, 2021 · You are quite correct in this. The longer the step brothers have lived together in a brotherly manner, the more disrupted the family dynamic will be. The step brother relationship in HIStory 4 was definately on uncomfortable and unusual ground. Had the much older brother been predatory, the plot would have totally unacceptable.

Because of how they act around their new step dad, Robert, it can be assumed that Brennan and Derek's father left them high and dry after the divorce.
