Feb 22, 2024 · Xonra. •. If the original Last Air Bender cartoon came out today, brand new never before released, this sub would bitch about it and tear it apart because reasons. This place is 90% negativity by a bunch of bored jackasses that look for the bad in everything and have their opinion formed before even seeing a trailer.
The Subreddit for Netflix's "Avatar: The Last Airbender" (NATLA). A new live-action show reimagining the Nickelodeon animated series. Season One is out now! Seasons Two & Three have been greenlit!
Feb 22, 2024 · Like the one piece series Netflix did what I think was a very good job. and I would recommend 9/10. Some scenes made me cry some made me laugh. Season 1 covered from beginning to war of the nothern tribes, and ended with Azula conquering Omashu.
I'm personally someone who didn't really enjoy the animation, yet powered through. "The Last Airbender" has always struck me as a bit dull. I'd rate the cartoon a 7/10 and the live-action adaptation a 6/10. Comparing them scene by scene, the cartoons dialogue was lackluster.
May 16, 2020 · The avatar the last air bender video quality is really bad on Netflix. There is lag on the character’s movements and facial expressions. Ross Butler as Kuei. Ali Wong as Joo Dee. Roman Reigns or The Rock should play The Boulder. Chang Chen as General Fong. Himesh Patel should play Guru Pathik (give him some makeup and he will do well) Chris Pang as Professor Zei. Rohain Arora as Avatar Wan. Shim Hyung Rae as Huu. 4.
The Last Airbender seems to strike this balance, so perhaps some criticisms of Avatar stem from excessive negativity rather than valid concerns. Ultimately, I enjoyed the show as an Avatar fan. While not everyone will agree, I encourage peope to remember, negativity and cynicism can be harmful if fans really want more shows in similar genres.
I’d noticed missing episodes, but there’s no episodes longer than 24mins so they haven’t joined any together either. Also rather interestingly Netflix isn’t even correct on how many episodes they have from book two, they say they have 16 but after counting them - a couple times to make sure I wasn’t crazy - there’s 17.
