Oct 21, 2020 · If not, then after the drawing opens, click the big red "D" in the upper left corner, and in the search bar, enter the command "Xref". The command will appear below that, and you can execute it to open the Xref palette. From there you can change the path to one or more xrefs, just like you would in AutoCAD. R.K. Jan 22, 2023 · Since installing a number of updates via the Autodesk desktop app, every time I double click a .DWG it opens in Trueview instead of AutoCAD. I would like to remove Trueview but don't seem to be able to. DWG Trueview is not listed as an installed application in control panel so I cannot select it for uninstall.

Jan 16, 2023 · However, even the latest version, Dwg TrueView 2023 24.2.153.0 2022/10/28, downloaded and installed today does not offer .rvt in the file types dropdown, and when you try to open one anyway (enter *.rvt and select the file, or right click in File Explorer and select Dwg TrueView in Open With) , it says file not found or invalid file selection or some variation of that.

Hi All, I have an Autocad Drawing form my Architect when I open the drawing in the AutoCad 2013 and measure distance using the dimension commands it gives out values in "mm" (millimeters). But when my colleague opens the same in the Autocad DWG True View and measures the same item it gives out values in Feet ...
May 30, 2013 · Trueview DWG file shows Layouts blank. I've just downloaded Trueview 2014, and downloaded the attached DWG file. For some reason, the model shows up fine, but the layouts for different paper sizes are all blank for me. See the attached screenshots.
