I'm sorry you are experiencing issues downloading this app. The HBO Max was discontinued and replaced by the new "Max" app. To clarify, have you already tried looking for the new app on your console's Microsoft Store? Does it also come up as unavailable?

Oct 23, 2020 · HBO Max stopped streaming. It previously worked fine. Any show that I access results in ”Can’t play title, etc. Try again later.” I cleared Edge cache, the accelerator is enabled. When I got HBO through my telephone service, I switched from Chrome to Edge because videos buffered badly on Chrome.

Sep 24, 2023 · I tried to install Max (HBO) and Peacock. The Microsoft store on the PC does not show these apps. However, the website from the Microsoft Store will show them, with a big blue button stating 'Install'. When selecting, I was asked to log on, and then the Microsoft website states 'You own this app'.
Mar 9, 2022 · The past few days, the video stream on HBO Max on my Xbox One has been garbage. One minute it’s fine, the next it’s constantly buffering. I have fiber gig internet speeds and spoke with my provider and everything is fine on their end. Restarted the router, changed ports, changed cords. No improvement. Other apps appear to be working fine.
I don't know why this is happening. HBO Max won't open up when I click on it. The message that pops up is "Getting your app ready." but it pops up for like half a second and then disappears and goes over and over. It was working last week but now has trouble opening up. I've left it going for a while for it to eventually open but it doesn't.
Aug 28, 2023 · I tried to play hbo max in another browser like google and it plays perfectly i did this to rule out that the problem is my account. I already cleared the cache, the cookies, I repaired the browser and I also cleared the history, I still can't see hbo in microsoft edge. Please help I would appreciate
