SUBMIT YOUR TRAVEL CLAIM ONLINE. Purchaser/Insured NRIC/FIN/passport number. Please key in the last 4 characters of the same ID number that you used when you purchased the travel plan, e.g. S1234 567A. Policy number.
Complete the claim form and refer to the claim matrix for supporting documents required. Get the authorised personnel to endorse on the claim form before you submit the claim. Email the completed claim form with the relevant supporting documents to govclaim@income.com.sg to file your claim.

Yes, our travel insurance will cover you against all travel related benefits except any conditions that arise from any of your pre-existing medical conditions¹. If you have pre-existing illness, we will recommend you to take up an Enhanced PreX plan which will cover pre-existing medical conditions.

To make a claim, please submit your travel claim form together with the required documents and email to plineclaims@income.com.sg the competed claim form with a scanned copy or picture of all required supporting documents.
