Are you pertaining to the Landbank iAccess? I have the same issue but I tried again ng mga early morning, around 6AM and mas mabilis na dumating yung Email OTP ko compared on other hours (5PM to 9PM).
Nov 23, 2023 · No other choice but to keep trying everyday. Bulok talaga SMTP servers ng Landbank, lalo na't hawak pa ng gobyerno; hindi naman nag iinvest nang matino mga yan pagdating sa infrastructure ng IT nila.
Aug 16, 2023 · I had filled out the Landbank DOBS for a savings account (payroll), and I had clicked yes on that part where we are asked if we want to enroll in iAccess. Earlier today, I went to a Landbank branch and I had successfully opened an account. Now the problem is that I do not know how to activate or log into the iAccess.

Oct 24, 2023 · Found the answer this morning and my app is working again na. From the looks of it, the iAccess system does indeed have system maintenance from 11PM-12:20AM daily. Source. Kinda weird since Landbank advertises 24/7 access from their main site.

May 3, 2021 · Landbank mobile banking app I filled up the form for the activation ng mobile banking app but the only email i received ay yung may subject na "iAccess enrollment". I watched tutorials sa yt and dapat may marereceive pa na another email with the one time pin.
