Spider: 4441 (yes, this is my fav for sleepless nights) FreeCell: 1809. Pyramid: 1770. TriPeaks: 1548. BTW, if you care and haven't figured it out, 5250 is the exact number of points per level for all 5 games.
Win percentage is almost meaningless (addressing another "answer") as all games of Spider Solitaire are winnable given the unlimited undo's in Windows' version. I've played 646 games thus far with a 100% win percentage.

Jul 20, 2016 · This will reset these statistics only: Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid and TriPeaks. To reset "Daily Challenges" and "Awards": In "Guest/Microsoft Account" folder, go to "v2/Challenges", then double click on the year you want to reset it, then delete "MonthChallenges.ark". (It's better to copy the file before you delete it).
Go into Microsoft Store app > Hub (three dots at top right) > My Library to look for the missing game, click Install link. If not in Microsoft Store app, type Spider Solitaire in Search box, find your game and click Get or Install. I hope this helps.
