Kampong Kapor Methodist Church (KKMC) is a Methodist church located in Singapore’s Little India district. Founded in 1894, we are one of the first Peranakan churches and the fourth Methodist church to be established in Singapore.
Venue: The Unfailing Light, 49 Cuff Road, Singapore 209756, beside the KKMC building. When: Sunday (except 1st Sunday of each month and Combined Sunday Services) Youths between the ages of 13-18 years old are welcome to join Youth Ministry.
Founded in 1894, KKMC is one of the first Peranakan churches and the fourth Methodist church to be established in Singapore. During its early years, the church catered to the Peranakan or Straits-born Chinese, with services conducted in Baba Malay in a building located on 155 Middle Road.
May 1, 2022 · Kampong Kapor Methodist Church (KKMC) has been in this location since 1930. Designed by the architectural firm Swan and Maclaren, this building with its quasi-Art Deco design houses worshippers across generations and language groups.
