  6. Jun 6, 2020 · In Overwatch, CC refers to anything which reduces a player's ability to control their character. Knockback (boops) force you in a certain direction against your will, so it's CC. Stuns make you lose control entirely, so they're CC. Hack prevents you from using your abilities, so it counts as CC.

  8. Apr 24, 2022 · Stun is much worse since the only out for them are cards that are rarely ran at more then 1 or two and even then IO can counter it. Combo can be stopped with hand traps or going second cards which you run multiples of due to them being useful against every type of deck except stun.

Just because the deck has 1 inherent floodgate (technically 2 due to Legendary Ocean against certain match ups) doesn't make it a stun deck. The deck has removal as options and even cards that interact with opponent's cards.

The enemy's stamina plays no part. For example in PvE the Zweihander 2h R2 (Strong attack) can stunlock Smough every hit.

Tasers work, if both probes successfully insert (which is not guaranteed, particularly in the presence of thick clothing). Stun guns have to be used at very close range to be effective, and create a mild pinching sensation, at least in my experience.
