Jan 16, 2020 · I think he used to joke about his playing being stunningly bad. I read years ago that, as someone else mentioned the "stun" term comes from Star Trek. Eric playing the guitar arose because record company scouts thought he looked awkward on stage and wanted to give him something to do with his hands.
That comment really hacked me off , stun guns/carbantis are needed for every character and they know full well is a prime reason for holding up progression. When a stun gun is crafted and all those green crosses light up , yeah 'define easing', fucking idiot.

Here's all the types of CC, and how to counter/break them. Daze - On every auto attack and every skill that doesn't mention any specific type of crowd control.
Jun 6, 2020 · In Overwatch, CC refers to anything which reduces a player's ability to control their character. Knockback (boops) force you in a certain direction against your will, so it's CC. Stuns make you lose control entirely, so they're CC. Hack prevents you from using your abilities, so it counts as CC.
Stun is the name for decks that use floodgates to restrict the game actions your opponent can take. Decks that don't use floodgates aren't called Stun, "Umi Control" players are lying to your face. Reply reply
Apr 24, 2022 · Stun is much worse since the only out for them are cards that are rarely ran at more then 1 or two and even then IO can counter it. Combo can be stopped with hand traps or going second cards which you run multiples of due to them being useful against every type of deck except stun.
CrazedCircus. • 22 days ago. Umi Control is called Umi Control for a reason. Just because the deck has 1 inherent floodgate (technically 2 due to Legendary Ocean against certain match ups) doesn't make it a stun deck. The deck has removal as options and even cards that interact with opponent's cards.
May 5, 2021 · Stunlocking is the process of repeatedly stunning an enemy (by dealing poise damage equal or greater to the enemy's poise) before they can recover from the previous stun. The enemy's stamina plays no part. For example in PvE the Zweihander 2h R2 (Strong attack) can stunlock Smough every hit.
May 9, 2024 · The most effective thing about a stun gun is the noise it makes. Tasers work, if both probes successfully insert (which is not guaranteed, particularly in the presence of thick clothing). Stun guns have to be used at very close range to be effective, and create a mild pinching sensation, at least in my experience.
