Dec 8, 2023 · I side loaded the Crunchyroll android app onto my headset and that worked well until about a month ago when I forced to update. The newest version that I side loaded opens and works up until I click play on a video.
Jul 8, 2022 · Not looking for any particular show so that’s not a factor I’m more wondering if it has enough of a selection that differs from what Crunchyroll has available to make it worth having both?
I feel like this has probably been brought up a couple times, but why is Crunchyroll so bad? I used to watch anime on my Xbox, but the app was so bad and I decided to get a Roku TV because it also has Crunchyroll. The Crunchyroll app on it is EVEN WORSE. Not only do you have to rewatch ads every time you leave the episode stream, the episodes will load ~20% of the time.
Crunchyroll Germany started out a €4.99 with 22 series, now has over 300, still the same price. Basically the selection is ever-growing and does not get more expensive. If the amount of content played any role in the pricing of the content, the US price would have to be through the roof by now. It is not.
