Apr 12, 2023 · 12 April 2023 at 1:28PM. Hi there. I have a JAJA Credit Card (formerly Post Office credit card) which they are closing in May (their decision, not mine!). This particular credit card allows me to make purchases overseas with no fee. It also allows me to purchase currency (cash) to take abroad without fee too.

I discovered on checking my emails late last night a message from JaJa cheerfully informing me that they were closing my credit card... very sorry they said but it will become inactive on a date two months from now when I expected to be using it while away. We were with the post office credit card for years.
Mar 31, 2022 · I have used my JaJa card recently in Germany and have always paid in Euro's and not been charged a fee for it, granted it was an an old Post office card that was FX free that JaJa took over when they bought Bank of Ireland's credit card portfolio.
