Lazada for better returning process of an item. Shopee if you wanted to fight like in court to return a defective item.

wala na sa shopee, lazada at tiktok shop ang gcredit at ggives. hindi siguro naging maganda ang credit standing ng mga ito sa platforms kaya inalis. kasi kahit sa ibang malalaking grocert like LCC hindi na rin tumatanggap gcredit. kaya for now hindi mo na malaman kung saan mo pa magagamit ang mga credit line na yan ng gcash
May 11, 2020 · I bought an item back in early October last year and due to certain defects and multiple back and forth with the seller, managed to get a refund in around early December 19. I provided Lazada with the usual, bank account details, location.etcetc and was promised to have a refund in 10 - 15 business days. Here's the kicker.
Jan 28, 2021 · Shopee - Newest and most peoples “go to”. Items are cheap, some are local, some ships from overseas. Taobao - Chinas biggest and cheapest market. Cheap but downside is having to understand chinese. Ezbuy - im not too familiar with this one. Lazada - used to be Singapores biggest market but recently slacked off due to shopee having better deals.
What lazada does is to attend to a request for an ad space then ang palaging nagbibigay ng ads ay kung sino yung gumawa ng site. So Lazada isn't really the one to blame for the multiple ads, its the site/app owner who is responsible for blowing yourself in ads. They are the ones who makes it so every click goes to the Lazada app.

Hey, I'm experiencing the same issue. The seller handed the item the following day after I placed my order, but it's stuck at the Sort Center for a week. I can't cancel, and Lazada help is useless. Basically, I've been told to wait it out until their system automatically cancels the order.

Anyway, I’ve been using Lazada and Shopee long enough to know that prices on non-discount days are already good enough. No need to waste time with their X.X sale days. Actually Shopee is better because they have many cashback items. Somemore if you have UOB One card and meet criteria, you get 10% off actual amount paid.
