Sep 24, 2019 · Shift+WinKey+S opens Snip & Sketch. Make your snip, which goes into the Clipboard. A notice of it also immediately goes into the Action Center. Click that notice, & the snip will reopen into Snip & Sketch. Draw on it, if desired. Click the Save icon (disk) at top right to save it to the Pictures folder.

Maybe this could help to remove unwanted entries in your dropdown list ... Hover over and highlight the unwanted entry with your mouse (do not click) Then press Shift+Delete keys on your keyboard. Repeat for what you want to remove.
Once you have saved and closed the document, you will be out of luck. The original text will be lost. However, as long as a modified document is still open, you can Undo repeatedly (Ctrl+Z) until you get back the content you have overwritten. Try clicking on the "Manage personal info" and it will bring you to the Microsoft Edge settings.
