I think something like "we should keep in contact and perhaps meet up some more", as it's not necessarily upping the frequency as "on a regular basis" but it's keeping it short and by saying "some more" you're not putting a rough number on the frequency of future meetings; not putting "a burden" on the person but ensuring that you'd like to meet more than once.
Nov 1, 2013 · In a business sense, the phrase "by May 30th" usually means "by close of business on May 30th" (i.e. the end of the business day, typically 5:00 PM in the English speaking world), while the same statement on a legal contract could have the meaning "by 11:59 PM on May 30th" (i.e. the end of the calendar day).
As no time was supplied, it might be compromised to be high noon August 18, 2011. I guarentee you though, it definitely means before the end of the business day August 18, 2011, whatever hour that may be, and more than likely does not mean until midnight the following day unless they have 24 hour receiving.

If you are referring to a deadline, this also will refer to the stroke of 12 after the evening of the same date. Example: The paper is due by Friday at midnight. Should not be confusing to anyone.
