Mar 14, 2015 · Bought 3 Crestar fans and 1 broke down. Called crestar support, and they came to check the fan, and insist that we buy a new fan. Now, they hv taken away the fan and extorting us to replace a new one. Said it's cheaper to buy new than to repair. FYI- the fan is still under warranty but they said the motor and model is no longer around.

Though yet to install, but have a good feel abt it as the price I. got is competitive and most important of all, the agent gave me customization options. Even throw in a. free upgrade of rod (from usual 4" to 1feet) due to my high ceiling.
Aug 2, 2009 · hi, here's my update. we've installed LeGrand's Mallia range of 5-seed fan regulator (costs about $19) to work with our Crestar Airwave 56" ceiling fan. looks so much better than the crestar one . Speed 1-3 is rather weak, 4 is ok. But when we turn it up to 5, there is a pretty drastic change in the speed.

Jun 16, 2017 · I recently go down to Crestar showroom and see that they are with Spin. I have replaced my remote control many times as they drain the battery in 3days or spoil shortly after 1 year. I also see other customers face the same issue when I go to buy a new remote. Each remote cost $35 and the other repairs add up. I can buy a standing fan every ...
Nov 9, 2007 · Elmark have bad customer service if your fan start to have problem and when you are calling them in for servicing. You can actually go for Crestar. They have a wide selection of ceiling fan and good customer service. You can get the Crestar Airvac 54" Arylic blade, the wind is actually 50% more powerful then those normal standard 54" fan.

Feb 25, 2014 · Just to share my fan purchases in johor. Bought 2 alpha fan and 3 deka fan from tampoi and starworld respectively. Huge savings compare to buying in sg. Both are malaysia "branded". You can chk my tblog for details. I din purchase any lights. But I did enquire that 12w downlights are about 20-25rm.
