From 1 October 2021, Singapore residents no longer need to pay SingPost an additional collection fee if they choose to collect their passport and IC at designated post offices. If you are eligible for collection at the post offices, you will be offered the option at eAppointment.
Eligible applicants may apply for Singapore Citizenship via our e-Service. There is no affiliation between ICA and other external migration agency which claims to be the Singapore immigration specialist/consultant or partner.
