3. Look for and click on the "Logitech USB Input Device" icon. 4. Click on the "Power Management" tab. 5. If the check box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked uncheck it. That fixed my problem. Hopefully, this will help someone else. Good Luck.

May 30, 2016 · Original Title: Wireless logitech keyboard and mouse lags intermittently suddenly. Have had Logitech M185 mouse and K270 keyboard for years and got a HP preinstalled Windows 10 PC this past Christmas w/o any issues until yesterday. I noticed huge lag in keyboard responsiveness and then slight lag with mouse.

I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.

Jul 31, 2020 · Go to Start > Type "Device Manager" and hit enter > right click on your keyboard driver > select properties > select driver tab > click on uninstall device > select "Delete the driver software for this device" and click OK > In Device Manager, on the Action menu, select Scan for hardware changes > Wait for it to scan and reinstall the driver then restart your pc and check if the issue still ...

Click on "Properties" Click on the Tab "Services" and then tick the box "Drivers for keyboard, mice etc. (HID)". Click Apply and then OK. Your keyboard may reconnect on it's own or you might need to reconnect it manually, but see if it works now after you reconnect it.

Note: To make this work, you need to switch to an Administrators account, open Device Manager, and expand the properties for your mouse and keyboard.
Sep 8, 2022 · Hi, I am using a Logitech M720 mouse and MX keys keyboard, when PC goes to sleep, these will not wake it up from sleep. They will wake up my work laptop. I need to wake my home PC up using a second M310 logitech mouse. Once woken, the keyboard and mouse are useable. Running Windows 10 Version 21H2. Logitech updates done.
