Even reset the touchpad in settings, but then the mouse cursor disappeared. keyboard & touchpad is connected to Surface Pro (2017) (5th gen.)

Apr 20, 2020 · This is next to the Esc key. With each press, it moves through 4 levels of brightness, including off. If you have the Surface Book 2, same goes with the Fn key. Make sure it is not on. Once confirmed off, press then F1 key and F2 key to adjust the brightness of the keyboard's backlight. F1 is to decrease brightness level, while F2 increases it.
