Our after-school care services support the needs of families who require supervision and guidance for their primary school-going children. Parents drop off their children in our centres during off-school hours between 1 pm and 6.30 pm on weekdays during the school term, and 7.30 am and 6.30 pm during school holidays.

Morning Star Community Services was formed in 1999 as a community service project to enrich and strengthen family relationships. We were registered as an independent non-profit, voluntary welfare organization in 2002 and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) in 2003 and serves people of all races and religions.
