You can try to access it again and set up your Premium Duo plan. Everything is correct with it, and you just need to set a new address and invite your partner to join it.

I see in the UK that there is a new Subscription tier of Basic Family for £17.99, but the differences between Premium Family (£19.99) and this new tier is not very clear.

As @Popcorn357 has mentioned - Spotify Mini is a Premium plan for a single mobile device only. With the usual Premium plans though, you get the ad-free experience on all devices. Hope this clears things up!
Oct 7, 2023 · 2023-10-07 01:04 AM. Currently only premium duo plan managers can use the audiobook hours. The plan members cannot and the plan manager cannot be changed. This prevents premium users from being able to access premium features. The audiobook hours should be usable by both members of the plan.
Nov 2, 2023 · Unfortunately, this is the limit for this offer. The average length of higher education lasts about 4 years in most countries, which is why Premium Student only lasts up to 4 years. Spotify understands that some students stay longer at a college/university, however, we can't make special exceptions.

I know the transaction went through because I have the receipt on my card, however Spotify will NOT register that I have premium. It is not allowing me to download music and it’s still giving me ads. When I check my plan, it says I am still on the free plan.

I just messaged support and they said the only different between Premium Duo and Basic Duo is that you don't get audiobooks in Basic (plus the price is lower for Basic). Must still be ad-free (better be! We're paying for a subscription to ensure that it is). Reply.
May 22, 2019 · Second, I understand the position spotify is in is not great since taking out the ads could cause Podcasters to avoid promoting spotify or cause them to pull their content off spotify all together. SOLUTION (for premium users only): Offline mode. That's it, just download a few dozen episodes and set it to offline mode.
