We’re still at the beginning of our journey, but since we first launched our Shorts creation tools in September 2020, the average number of daily first time creators more than doubled (from September 2020 to September 2021).
To create a short video on YouTube: Tap Create and select Create a Short . Or tap Remix from the Shorts watch page. To make your Short longer than 15 seconds, tap 15 s in the upper-right corner to record up to 60 seconds ( 60 ). To record a clip, hold Capture or tap it to start recording and then again to stop.
